Limited Warranty Terms

VIERA offers a Parts-Only Limited Warranty for its Shower Enclosure Systems (“Product”).

This Limited Warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and applies solely to residential use.

VIERA will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any shower enclosure component found to be defective in material or workmanship within the applicable warranty period.

• The product remains in its original place of installation
• The original purchaser owns the product
• Installation was completed strictly as per the official VIERA installation manual
• The product was purchased from an authorized VIERA dealer
• Proof of purchase (original invoice or sales receipt) is provided
• Claims are reported within 30 days of defect discovery

Warranty Coverage

This is a Parts-Only Limited Warranty.

• Supplying replacement parts
• Providing comparable components if original parts are discontinued

Not Covered:

• Labor charges
• Installation or reinstallation costs
• Shipping or freight charges
• Site or surrounding material damage

Warranty obligations are fulfilled once replacement parts are provided.

Warranty Period (Residential Use)

Lifetime Limited Warranty

• Shower Enclosure Glass (functionality only – excluding finish)
• Shower Enclosure Hardware (functionality only – excluding surface finish)

Glass is NOT covered against:

• Scratches
• Chips
• Water spots
• Breakage after installation

Three (3) Year Limited Warranty

• Hardware surface finishes
• Coating finishes

One (1) Year Limited Warranty

• Plastic strips
• Vinyl seals
• Bottom sweeps
• Individually sold spare parts

Installation Requirements

VIERA strongly recommends installation by a qualified professional experienced in glass shower systems.

Failure to install according to the official installation manual will VOID this Limited Warranty.

Tempered glass is designed to shatter into small fragments upon impact. Improper installation may result in glass breakage, personal injury, or death.

VIERA shall not be responsible for injuries or damages resulting from improper installation.

Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper cleaning or maintenance
• Use of abrasive, acidic, ammonia-based, bleach-based, or solvent cleaners
• Chemical or environmental corrosion
• Product modification or alteration
• Improper installation
• Accidents, fire, flood, or natural disasters
• Products used outside residential applications

Improper care and cleaning will VOID this Limited Warranty.

Commercial Applications

For shower enclosures installed in commercial settings (hotels, apartments, hostels, gyms, commercial buildings):

• Warranty period is limited to One (1) Year from date of purchase
• Parts-only coverage applies
• Labor and installation costs are excluded

Limitation of Liability

• Installation or removal costs
• Damage to tile, marble, drywall, grout, cement board, or surrounding materials
• Labor charges
• Loss of time or profits
• Incidental or consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
